SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD
  • Phone cases: Free shipping
  • Orders under $100: Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and location

Processing Times

  • Original art and art prints: 1-3 business days
  • Custom printed items (t-shirts, tote bags, phone cases): 5-7 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Delivery Times 
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days via Australia Post, depending on your location.

Order Tracking 
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@tessaanne.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Multiple Items
If your order contains both original art, prints and custom printed items, your order may be shipped in separate packages as they are fulfilled from different locations. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
